BREAKING NEWS: MAY YEEZY RELEASES CONFIRMED (Hit or Miss Edition)

So here we are in the midst of total lockdown due to COVID-19, but it’s still good to know that Kanye West and the YEEZY team are still pushing full steam ahead with their releases, relying heavily on Adidas.com and Yeezysupply.com; as well as other footsteps. For the month of May we’re gonna have 4 major releases, which I’ll be breaking down in today’s post.

First up on May 9th we have the Yeezy 350 V2 in the “Flax” color way, not the originally anticipated Sulfur color way. Unfortunately, this release is limited to Asia Pacific region, begging the question, will there be shock drop regional releases for Europe and NA? This color way features a tan upper with a green tinted pull-tab and translucent stripe. These will retail for $220. Keep in mind these already dropped in February, so I think it’s a restock, or leftovers from the previous release. MISS Estimated Resale: 265USD Check back here for more info later….

Next up is the YEEZY 500 High in the “Tyrian” color way releasing on May 16th for a worldwide release. The upper consists of black tumbled leather, brown suede hits and blue neoprene hits all over the upper. A new edition to this sneaker is the new lacing system, as seen below. These are definitely a fall/winter shoe so expect release to be low to start, but to go back up over time. These will retail at $220 on yeezysupply.com and Adidas.com/yeezy HIT (but hold) Estimated Resale: 315USD

Up next is a restock of the YEEZY 700 MNVN in the Black color way, from its initial February release. Nothing new with this one, but it will come in full family sizing for a retail price of $220 on Adidas.com/yeezy and yeezysupply.com HIT Estimated Resale: 365 USD

Lastly is my favorite release of May, with the 350 V2 “Zyon” color way. This is absolutely beautiful shoe. It looks like a turtle dove 2.0, while looking like a mixture of the Static and the Black Static with hits of brown to fill in the gaps. This release is set for May 30th at a price of $220 on a worldwide scale. HIT Estimated Resale: 375USD
