I’m very late to the game on the Yeezy hype… Like 4 years late, but I have no regrets.
I’ve only been a sneakerhead for about a year and some change now. I didn’t really embrace the culture fully till about 9 months ago or after a year of buying nothing but Huarache retros and Lebron James Soldiers 10 & 11s. Now I’m kinda on the hypebeast train, but still try to stay true to things I like.
This shoe I LIKE…. I LIKE IT A LOT. Don’t get it twisted, I’ve never been a fan of the Yeezy 350. I love the Yeey 700 v1 aesthetically, so much that the Wave Runners and Magnets are in rotation on sooo many fits I’ve put together. And the 500 Salt is my daily driver for when I go for walks.
This Cloud White 350 is literally just a beautiful shoe to me. The two toned paneling that makes it look like a different colored shoe depending on what angle you’re looking at it. The lighter then light pastel blues woven into the white give it subtle pop on the upper. And I’m told there’s some green in there, which is ill because I can’t see it.
The small changes they made to the v2 for this make it probably my favorite Yeezy so fair. Once I get my hands on it, I’ll give it a couple of wears before the weather turns, but I promise this will be in full rotation next Spring.
