Nike Joyride ‘Optik’ (Pure Platinum And Grey)

Been interested in the Joyride tech from Nike since it came on the scene a little over a month ago, but I held off on buying a pair of the runners because I heard the comfort was meh and the shoe was very snug.

That my all change since Nike is coming with the Joyride NSW Setter and the Optik as the first models they’re offering in the casual category and I must say I love the lines and uppers on both of these shoes.

I’m also a sucker for futuristic looking shoes, so things that remind me of the React Presto, Air Max 720 and Air Max 270 appeal to me.

The marketing for the Joyride makes it more about the tech than the styling and early reviews say the tech is so-so, but that’s totally subjective.

I’m still going to give them a try and let you know how it goes. I think I’m going to get the Black & Neon NWS Setters and take them for a ride.
