Originally released in 1992, the Nike Air Raid was designed by Tinker Hatfield. Made for outdoor basketball, they feature two criss-crossing straps, a heavy-duty lateral bumper, flat sole and the phrase "For Outdoor Use Only" found on the back heel and bottom of the outsole. They were retroed for the first time in 2003 and have been re-released numerous times since then.
